The Seasonal Box Collection is offered three times a year in the winter (January), spring (April) and in the fall (September). You can order a one-time box, but we think you'll love keeping the seasonal surprises coming! Each box is filled with new and different finds for each season which brings excitement to your self-care routine. As added value, you will also receive the bonus perk of a complimentary gift on your birthday!

Payment is easy! Your order will be processed on the day it’s placed. Simply head over to our “Product Offering” section and go to “Click to Purchase” to complete payment through our secure Helcim payment site. We accept Visa Debit and credit cards, but e-transfer is preferred—you can send it to ritualitybox@gmail.com

If you order outside the seasonal launch month, you may still receive that box while supplies last — just check with us first. For example, the Energy Rescue Box may still be available till end of June. We use GTA GSM as the partnered carrier for the majority of orders, which typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. We deliver within Canada only. Free local pickup is also available in SE or SW Calgary — simply email us at info@ritualitybox.com for address details. Note that for rural addresses and PO Boxes, we use Canada Post.

Before placing your order, please confirm with us your shipping location. Details will then be provided to you for the flat rate shipping cost. Shipping rate is dependent on your region.

Absolutely! If you prefer to send a Wellness/Holiday Gift Box or a Seasonal Box Collection to your chosen recipient, fill out the comment box with the name of the person, ship address details, and your personalized message. We would be happy to include the message in a lovely note. For corporate gift boxes, contact us to discuss your needs.

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances, as each box is carefully prepared with care. If your box arrives damaged, please email us immediately with a photo of the item(s) at: info@ritualitybox.com. In these exceptional cases, we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund to make sure your experience remains positive.
